All sales are final and returns are not accepted.
However, there are some cases where local postal services may return your package to us because it is unclaimed, import charges not paid, etc.
If this happens, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. In the event that reshipping costs are required, our store will not be able to cover them, so we will require the customer to pay them. Please note that items will be shipped back in the same condition as they were returned to our store. Shipping costs for initial delivery are non-refundable.
Please also note that in some cases orders shipped with a Japan Post, Mondial Relay or FedEx package may be charged additional shipping fees to return the package to us. As with reshipping costs, we are unable to cover these and will require the customer to pay them.
- The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached.
Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
Cancellation policy
We reserve the right to accept order cancellations on a case-by-case basis and will not be able to cancel orders that have already been shipped or packaged.
For pre-orders and in-stock items, we can either refund payments as store credit (only if you have an account on our website) or back to your original payment method if your cancellation request is accepted .
Please note that requesting a refund to the original payment method will incur a 10% restocking/cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
