Returns & Cancellation

Return and exchange policy

All sales are final and returns are not accepted.

However, there are certain cases in which the local postal services may return your package to us because it is unclaimed, import fees have not been paid, etc.

If this happens, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. In the event that reshipment costs are required, our store will not be able to cover them, so we will require the customer to pay them. Please note that items will be reshipped in the same condition as they are returned to our store. Shipping costs for the initial delivery are non-refundable.

Please also note that, in some cases, orders shipped with a Japan Post, Mondial Relay or FedEx package may be charged an additional shipping fee to return the package to us. As with reshipment charges, we are unable to cover these and will require the customer to pay them.

Cancellation policy

We reserve the right to accept order cancellations on a case-by-case basis and will not be able to cancel orders that have already been shipped or packed.

For pre-orders and in-stock items, we can either refund payments in the form of store credit (only if you have an account with cartespokemon.com) or in your original payment method if your cancellation request is accepted.

Please note that requesting a refund to your original method of payment will incur a 10% restocking/cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
